Crowns and Bridges

If you have a weak tooth or are missing one or more teeth, you may need a crown or bridge.

A crown can restore the shape, colour and function of your original tooth.

A crown sits over a tooth that may have been badly broken or weakened and will serve to strengthen the tooth and restore it to its natural shape.

If you are missing one or more teeth, a bridge may be fitted to replace them and stop the surrounding teeth from moving out of place.

A bridge 'bridges the gap' in your teeth. To do this, your dentist will attach a new tooth to the two teeth that surround your gap. A dental bridge is a permanent solution for a missing tooth.
